Traditional Hatha Yoga

By practicing one of the most ancient forms of yoga, combining breath control, a series of postures adapted to all and meditation, hatha yoga allows one to take care of one’s body and mind as a yogi would do.

Dynamic Vinyasa

The body needs movement to be healthy. Yoga flow is a dynamic series of postures made to develop your strength and flexibility, not only physical but also mental. A healthy mind in a healthy body.

Slow Yin Yoga

Yin yoga consists of deep fasciae stretches, each posture being held for 3 to 5min. This soft practice allows for a better flexibility and healthier tissues as well as a meditative experience that involves to become aware of one’s inner silence.

Who am I ?

Je m’appelle Carla D’Emilia et suis comédienne, hôtesse d’accueil et professeur de yoga. Passionnée de yoga depuis environ 8 ans, cette discipline a été mon alliée à l’université où elle m’a permis d’acquérir concentration, souplesse et force physique et psychique, en plus de m’aider à me reconnecter à mon corps en toute bienveillance après avoir lutté contre l’anorexie.
